The Wanderlust Tours Cancellation Policy

Deposits: Reservations will be held with a 10% deposit. This deposit is not refundable for any reason. 

Half Day Tours: You have up until 48 hours prior to departure, to cancel or change your tour date. No shows, cancellations, decrease in numbers, change of date for any reason within the cancellation period will result in a full forfeiture of your tour cost. 

Evening, Special Event and Private or Custom Tours: You have up until 1 week before your departure to cancel or change your tour date. Cancellation/decrease in numbers/change of date for any reason within the cancellation period previous to the tour (and no shows) will result in a full forfeiture of your tour cost. 

Brew Bus, Local Pour, and Coffee Tours: Full payment is taken at the time of the reservation. If there is a cancellation for any reason, 10% of the total trip cost will be retained per our cancellation policy. Within 48 hours of the trip, any cancellation will result in a full forfeiture of your tour cost. 

For All Tours

Weather: Tours will go rain, snow, or shine.

Deposits and Fees: If a deposit or fee is required for the tour you reserve, neither is refundable.

Minimums: Wanderlust Tours reserves the right to change or cancel this reservation if tour minimums are not met.

Exceptions: There are no exceptions. We charge 100% of tour cost should any members cancel after the deadline or simply not show up to the pickup point. It is always unfortunate if anyone in your party cannot join us because they become ill or injured before the trip, but we are not able to waive the policy for any reason.
