Snowshoe off trail and away from other people into a snowy winter wonderland. Wanderlust Tours’ professional naturalist snowshoe guides bring the Mt. Bachelor area alive for you with vibrant interpretation along the way and snow play for all ages. Snowshoeing tours are customized for all adventure desires – stroll easily on flatter areas or leap off powder-covered lava flows and get “air” on snowshoes like you never imagined if that’s more your style - all in the same trip! (Even your teens will love it!)
Snowshoeing tours take place in wilderness areas around Mt. Bachelor and the surrounding Deschutes National Forest of the Cascade Mountain Range of Oregon.
New to off-trail snowshoeing? Let Wanderlust Tours do the driving and teach you fun snowshoeing techniques and tricks. All tours include instruction.
Snowshoes are included! Wanderlust Tours does not rent snowshoes. All tours are fully guided.
Wear winter boots and powder/ski pants to keep your feet and legs dry while snowshoeing.
Snowshoe boot and pant rentals are available through Wanderlust Tours. Please reserve sizes when you make your reservation for your tour and boots/pants will be brought to the pick-up site for you.
